Matic Network is joining hands with Indian technology giant Infosys, beginning our collaborative efforts by welcoming Infosys as a Dapp partner validator. The $40bn market cap multinational IT corporation will be running a validator node on the Matic mainnet, thereby helping to ensure a secure and robust platform for our growing ecosystem of DApps.

The move is part of our wider collaborative efforts with Infosys, and other major enterprises, with whom we are currently exploring synergies and beginning collaboration in a variety of areas.

Providing the Infrastructure for a Strong Blockchain Ecosystem

By joining us as a Dapp partner validator, Infosys will be contributing vital infrastructure to validate transactions on Matic, thereby making the network more secure for the DApps currently waiting to onboard to our mainnet, and the many others in the pipeline to do so.

Since their establishment in 1981, Infosys has been at the forefront of India’s tech scene and has proven to be a major player in India’s emergence as a global hub of software services talent. We will now be working together to provide the secure, high-performance infrastructure required for the global DApp ecosystem to reach mass adoption.

We are extremely proud to welcome Infosys as a network validator. Infosys has been the pioneer of the Indian tech success story and has been an idol for millions of computer science professionals like me. We couldn’t be more thrilled to be working with the iconic institution to make an impact in the new decentralized world order.
